The Compact – Full Storage System – 3 Drawer + Steel Tool Safe for the VW ID Buzz Cargo

Our drawer-based alternative to traditional van racking. Designed to maximise usable space while keeping your tools and materials secure and accessible.

This setup combines a two-drawer unit behind the bulkhead with a steel Watt Slider lockable tool safe at the rear, providing a mix of quick-access storage and heavy-duty security for your most valuable kit. The integrated top platform forms a flat, continuous surface the full length of the van — ideal for carrying sheet materials, ladders, or bulky items on top.

The system is fully removable and installs in minutes using factory anchor points — no drilling or permanent fixings required.

Built from 15mm phenolic-coated plywood with 220 kg-rated locking slides, it’s tough, water-resistant, and easy to wipe clean. The Watt Slider tool safe adds extra protection with a heavy gauge 1.5mm steel body, smooth-running drawer mechanism, and keyed lock, giving you the peace of mind that your tools are secure even when the van is unattended.
