Shipping policy
We will make reasonable attempts to deliver and fit most products. If you are located in distant or hard to reach areas, such as Europe, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or Scotland, then we reserve the right to ship our products on a pallet delivery service for the customer to fit and install. This will be discussed with you at the time of placing the order, so there are no surprises.
if we have agreed to fit your product, then it is your responsibility to ensure that there is safe and adequate access. The product is likely to arrive on a van so there needs to be sufficient space for our delivery vehicle and of course your own vehicle. Our products are heavy so the vehicles need to be beside each other. At no point should any of our staff be put in a compromising position with regards to their safety.
We may ask for your assistance in lifting the product and/or drawers into the vehicle. The frame and drawers can be heavy and lifting should not be attempted without two or more people.
Our products are secured to your vehicle by the lashing points locating on the floor. It is your responsibility to locate and uncover the lashing points (if hidden) before we arrive. We may refuse to fit a the product unless it can be safely secured to the floor.
