Terms and Conditions
Cancellations Before Fitting
We take a £99 deposit to secure your order and schedule your fitting. If you cancel your order before your scheduled fitting date, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
To cancel, simply contact us by email or phone before your fitting is due to take place.
Returns and Refunds (After Fitting)
Once your system has been fitted, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

You notify us within 14 days of the fitting date

The system is returned in undamaged, resalable condition

The system must be returned to us at your own cost
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned system. Any charges for damage to the system will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your system at the time of fitting. If anything is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, let us know immediately. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by repair, replacement, or refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
